Job Description

• Support the execution of new and existing commercial and residential interior/exterior painting projects and touch ups

• Perform end-to-end activities including cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and masking of adjacent surfaces

• Utilize paint brushes, paint rollers, and spray guns to precisely and efficiently paint various surfaces including drywall, wood, and concrete

• Engage with team members, clients, and contractors to build sustainable relationships and brand awareness

Necessary:

• A high school diploma or GED

• A driver’s license and reliable form of transportation

• Ability to bend, stand, and kneel for long periods of time, lift 50 pounds without assistance, and occasionally use scaffolding or ladders

• U.S. work authorization

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the painting/construction industries and customer service knowledge

• A trade school degree/certificate

• Proficiency with painting tools and industry knowledge

• Prior experience quoting/pricing projects
